Finding hidden gems in Palma

I’ve been walking around the streets of Palma de Mallorca. I’m starting to find my way around the old narrow streets in the shopping districts. This court yard I found down a quiet side street away from all the tourists. It was a pleasure to paint, it was so tranquil.

Peaceful place and placeful watercolor. You lucky boy find beatiful places to paint wherever you go, nice negative painting, but I find quite opaque greens, or maybe a touch of gouche?. A very relaxing one.

You have the eyes of an eagle! Yes, I used some gouache 😉
I was most unhappy with the plants at the base of pot, too fussy.
Otherwise, I liked my interpretation of what was in front of me.
